Año nuevo, proyectos nuevos. New year, new projects

Todos los años intento instaurar algo nuevo en mi blog. Algunos cambios se quedaron en intentos y otros prosperaron. Espero que este nuevo cambio se mantenga. En otoño decidí ponerme a estudiar inglés, así que voy a practicarlo con mi blog. Seguramente cometa fallos a la hora de "traducirlo", pero el aprendizaje está en la práctica. Además, más de un tercio de las visitas del blog son de fuera de España.

Every year I try to star with some new in my blog. Some changes didn't stay in the blog, but others are still alive. I hope that this change keeps. In autumn  I decided to start studying english, so I'm going to practice it with my blog. I'm sure that I'll make mistakes at the moment of the "translation", but learning is in the practice. Also, more than a third of blog visits are outside Spain.

En octubre trabajé este árbol con José Manuel Frontán. Yo no estaba convencido de la parte alta de este árbol por un engrosamiento que hacía y coincidí con él. La mejor opción, viendo su vigor, era cortar y empezar con él. Con buen cultivo, en unos años todo estará arreglado. Después de cortarlo, no hicimos nada más, dejarle para que él reconduzca sus venas.

No me atreví a ser tan drástico solo, quería tener la aprobación de alguien más experto. Me dijo que a veces estos prebonsais no son nada fáciles de diseñar.

In october I worked this tree with Jose Manuel Frontán.  I don't like the top of the tree because it did a thickening and he thought the same way tnan me. He said me that the best option, for its strength, was cut and started a new design with only one branch. With good grews, in some years is possible to do a good bonsai with this. After the tree was cut, we didn't work in it, it redirects their veins.

I didn't dare to be so drastic alone, I needed the aproval of someone with more experience than me. He told me that in some ocassions this prebonsais are not easy to design.
